Unsubscription code in confirmation email

On this site I have disabled subscribing via the component, and have allowed for site-wide subscription only via the module. This works fine.

However, the "Subscription confirmation" email now makes no sense. It gives 3 options for unsubscribing when there should (for this setup) be only one. I have identified that the unsubscription code is in the template.php file, however, I am completely clueless regarding PHP so am unable to edit it.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It shouldn't show 3 options to allow user to unsubscribe unless this recipient user already did subscribed other thing on your site e.g. sitewide, blog entry, category, blogger and teamblog.

Perhaps you can share with me which recipient user name so I can able to help you check from your backend and see whether this user got subscribe other stuff on your site before?
