Unable to update the site

Hi,

I have licence from this website but I am unable to do an update for domain https://www.ageingbetterinbirmingham.co.uk/

It happens when I click on "update now" button on the administrator extension page.
Installed Version: 5.0.44

ERROR:


Sorry, but the system is unable to located any purchases from your account. If you have already purchased and still facing difficulties installing, please contact our tech support.
managed to resolve issue by uploading installer instead to the website
