I already help you created this menu type 'EasySocial » Dashboard » (User) Dashboard Layout' from your backend menu, it should work fine now.

I've another question too : I would also like to create a easysocial register form without Payplan, to allow an other kind of user to register freely on the website. Those user must have another profile type. Do you know how I can do this ?

What my opinions is :

Without customisation
------------------------------
You can setup free subscription plan from Payplans

Or

Create a menu item > choose 'Users' > choose 'Registration form'
So when the user click on this menu, it will go to Joomla registration form.
Unfortunately that was not possible to redirect to Easysocial registration form is because once you installed this app 'PayPlans Registration (EasySocial)' , it will automatically redirect to subscription plans page when you click on Easysocial registration page.
