Unable to load tooltip content on notifications

Hi, We have not been able to get a the notifications to load, we get the tooltip content error. If you log in as our admin user you will see this error.

I have seen some other threads on this but the fixes do not seem to apply.

Hey there,

It seems that when I was trying to access your FTP, it gave me the following error:


Command:	PASS ***********

Response:	530 Login incorrect.

Error:	Critical error: Could not connect to server


I suspect the password for FTP's access that you gave is incorrect.

I've checked on your site, it seems like there not enough memory to load all the notification from the ajax call, I've help you increase it to 512MB memory_limit from your server PHP ini file, it should show correctly now.
