Hey there,

a member just complained about this problem. She got 936 notifications and the moment she tries to open it she gets the message: "Unable to load tooltip content". She is a member for months now and did not face any problems like this before.

I am not sure how to reproduce this because those are a lot of notifications.

My idea is, I had switched off some badges the last days. Maybe the user got that badge before I switched it off, therefor got a notification and now the badge is no longer there and the user wants to see a notification of a non-existent badge. Could this cause an error like this?
Hey Nik,

total understanding from my side. I just hoped you know a trick or something like that or perhaps it is a known bug. Nevertheless we now managed the user to go to the notification site and delete all actual notifications and now it is working again.

Could you please remove the username to prevent indexing of the name by google?

Hello Sabih,

I can't troubleshoot this issue if we are not able to replicate it. It would be easier if you can provide us the access to that user's account (userA).

My idea is, I had switched off some badges the last days
- Have you tried to switch it on and ask the user to try again? It is worth a try.
