Hi

If a user has a recurring subscription to a service on our website, and the price for the subscription changes, then PayPlans is unable to handle this. The price for existing subscribers doesn't change.

How can we handle a price change to a plan for existing recurring subscriptions without having them to expire and buy again? This is really not optimal for keeping current subscribing users.

For reference, we are using ePay payment app, but I'm guessing this is a PayPal design issue?
Hello Rasmas,

If you change price for existing recurring plan then it will be applicable for new subscriber's only. For the subscriber who subscribe the plan earlier will not charged according to new price for recurring payment. Because we can't charge existing recurring payment with new prices. It depends on payment method also as well as we store plan details with subscription , so charge accordingly.

As of now It is not possible to charge recurring payment with new price.
Update me if you have any query.
