Hello,

Unable to download a video from my computer.

I think there is a problem with downloading video. After sending the video, I have this message appears:
Video sent successfully and during treatment. Thank you not to close the browser or refresh the page.

I waited over 30 minutes, the download has not yet started.

How to solve this problem please?

I have checked your site and it looks like the ffmpeg path is set to the path of /opt/local/bin/ffmpeg . Is this the correct path? In order for video uploads to work, you MUST have ffmpeg available on the system.

No, I do not think because I did not modiffié this path. Do I need to install ffmpeg on my site? If yes, Do you have a link please? And how to create the correct address. I have this link: https://ffmpeg.org but I'm a little lost on the site.

Yes, in order to process video upload in Easysocial, you have to install ffmpeg into your server.

It would be best if you can consult with your webhosting provider regarding this ffmpeg set up.
