Unable to cancel a subscription.

If you login as a user, they can cancel the subscription, but I'm unable to cancel the subscription via the admin panel.

I expect to click on a subscription and then click on the cancel subscription button... but nothing happens when I do that.

I also noticed that your code for the cancel button and the cancel subscription button is inverted. Is that on purpose?

I need to have this fix as our system is live. There is no documentation talking about how to cancel and issue a refund, which is what I'm expecting to happen once I cancel a subscription.

In summary, I need the following.

1 - A way to cancel as an admin
2 - A way to issue a refund. (I have manually logged into Strip and issue a refund, but I'm expecting PayPlans to do that)

Please let me know.

# Related to Stripe Recurring Cancellation Process, I am able to replicate this issue locally. I've logged this issue into our issue tracker and will include in our upcoming release. Once this issue get fixed i';; update you on this.

# PayPlans Stripe integration support Refund , for this you need to edit the invoice which you want to process refund. once you are on invoice edit screen, on toolbar u will be able to see Refund button. You need to click on refund to continue Refund Process.

# In case of Paypal payment method admin also can not cancel subscription from backend , because payment request not initiated by payplans for recurring payment. All detailed related to recurring payment price , time , all will send to paypal when user subscribe plan (first payment), so further recurring payment will done at paypal site, and they send notification about payment.
So need to cancel recurring payment at paypal merchant account itself.

For example if payment gateway's api support cancellation from site then admin and frontend user both can cancel subscription. But in paypal payment method, it's not supported.

# As well PayPal APi don't support Refund from site itself, you need to refund from paypal merchant account itself.

It would be wonderful if it would work, but it does not. Please see the picture attached here following the same steps that you asked for. There is no refund button.

I've tried to access your site backend but it seems credentials are not working.

Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.


Can you please update me the your site correct admin details as well as FTP details, so i can check it further.

Hey Pedro.

I am able to connect with your site backend details but it seems you've restricted payplans pages to view.
Only dashboard is allowed to , when tried to check other page like invoice, subscription, it's redirecting to dashboard and show that you are not authorized to view the error.
see attached screenshot.

Your site ftp details are working fine. Also can you please check cancellation of subscription from backend for and let me know if still issue persist.
Note : cancellation shown for those subscription only whose payment done vai stripe.

Update me with response, so i'll be able to check refund button issue at your site.

For some reason, when you reply, I do not get an email, therefore my late response. There was nothing that I did. I just updated your account to super -admin and now it seems to be working fine.

This is still not resolved as seen on the screenshot below. Please fix this as soon as possible. At this point, we can not run a business with a system that does not function as expected.
