Hi,

The string is in /administrator/languages/language-code/language-code.plg_app_user_blog.ini

As for the AM and PM, as it is using the PHP datetime string, it is not possible to translate them, as well as the strings in the calendar as it is rendered by a JavaScript plugin.

hey vladimir,
if the language of the blog app doesn't work even if it's translated correctly then it's coming from the article app. this is overriding some strings so you need to translate that file as well (unfortunately that file is not available at all at transifex so you'd have to do this manually).

hope that helps

I try this, but it not help... because it is a line has no translation, when checking there are no asterisks (quotes)

I remember this was a problem in the early versions of the app - are you perhaps not running the latest version?
you can get it here: http://stackideas.com/apps/item/5-blog
