I get this message when I try and upgrade to the new version of easydiscuss not sure on the rest of the products The key is correct

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue? I need to see why you are hitting this error as it could turn out be caused by our new "billing system" but we've tested this internally quite a bit and it does seem to work fine though.

The logout that was driving me insane lol

The launcher might work not sure but the original issue still exists.
The moment I turned it on production and or inserted the api key the menus lock themselves up again.

Could you try downloading Komento again? I have fixed the minor glitch on our download system for "legacy" downloads. It should work fine now.

Do you still have any other issues with the other downloads?

You can directly update Easysocial and Easydiscuss latest version into your another site, because we already pushed all the fix in latest version yesterday.

The launcher might work not sure but the original issue still exists.
The moment I turned it on production and or inserted the api key the menus lock themselves up again.

If this issue still persists, can you start a new thread regarding this issue and provide us with your Cloudflare server access so that we can better have a look what is your current configuration from your server.
