It seems like that video post is created from the Superadmin, so public user unable to view that video stream when view on single stream layout, in other word, Facebook also do not have permission to access this page and retrieve the correct content from your video stream.

I already help you enabled these setting "Explicitly Display Site Admin’s Story Posting" from your backend, you can refer on my attached screenshot below, it should work fine now.

Regarding with your question, it should possible to show the thumbnail on the Facebook stream, perhaps you can activate back your Joomla backend and FTP user account so I can better have a check?

I tried to sign in from the home page and when I clicked on the facebook icon I get a blank page and then disappear ..

Twitter works well and is easy to operate and any member can sign in from Twitter

It seems like I can login from your backend now, but the FTP user password incorrect, this is what i hitting when i trying to connect :

Command:	PASS ****************

Response:	530 Login authentication failed

Error:	Critical error: Could not connect to server
