It is not possible at this point of time.

Can we change the category if the enquirer chose an incorrect category?

Yes, you can edit the post and change the category.

Under "type of question" - the order is not the way I have ordered it. It is the wrong way round, how do I change that?

This is a known issue, where the issue has been logged in our issue tracker and proper will be included in the next release

Under "support is currently offline / online" - where can I edit the text - I want to mention that we are in South Africa, otherwise the available times makes absolutely no sense.
