My goal is for paid memberships to be able to add Jreview listing on featured status and free memberships can add listing but it will not be featured.

Im thinking i need ti use Access Control: Extensible access control, hold restrictions or grant permissions access for certain group of subscribers to the different resources on your site.

Yes, you can remove login option from plan login/register page as per your need. If user already registered then he can login at your site where you provide login option and then can select any plan and checkout the invoice and new user's simply click to register on your site.

Ive created a custom module called "Select to subscribe" to turn my plan page like the example.

When you login you'll see that it dont look the same on top. Once the look was correct I was going to move it to new location.

Could you apply the example look info to the correct location so we could accomplish this goal together?

I checked this module and found that you haven't added css into your template file.
see attached screen shot.

Also you haven't mapped the plan link to Getting started button.
Please do the necessary changes and if still issue not resolved please update me.
