I have purchased the license and am learning the EasySocial, we are deciding on what is the right software for our business, one of the big questions that keeps coming up is availability and response time of support.

We are planning a large and aggressive marketing for the business and expect a huge influx of user - 20,000-30,000 in the first month and we hope to keep that growth momentum going forward.

1) Can you recommend site configuration that we need to implement so our site can handle that kind of traffic from the get go and for the months following that (server type, resource requirements, cdn, amazon services, etc)?

2) Once we start the marketing campaign & "open the gates" with this kind of traffic we won't be able to afford to have service interruption.

- In case of issue can we count on Stackideas support to make sure EasySocial is running properly?

- And what kind of response time can we expect on submitted tickets?
Hello Petar,

Thanks for your recent purchase of EasySocial! To be honest with you, it's not an issue handling 20,000 - 30,000 users. In fact, your Joomla site should be able to handle between 100,000 - 200,000 users without an issue. What you would need to worry is these "active users" and how much data that is being generated at any given point of time.

If you are expecting between 100 - 2000 active users all day long, you might need to prep your self for a dedicated machine. We do provide services to help you with getting proper machines / setup. If you are interested, write to us at https://crm.stackideas.com . We do charge hourly fees for helping you set this up

Our support is normally covered between 12 hours - 24 hours (Weekdays) and 24 hours - 48 hours (Weekends). We normally answer your requests within a couple of hours but please, just give a buffer between 12 - 48 hours

Petar, Stackideas are amazing.
If your website is going to hit those numbers (and grow exponentially), i'd seriously review if Joomla will handle it. If you're going g to grow even bigger, youll need to factor in a transition strategy to a bespoke custom solution.

You'll need at least a dedicated server or cloud solution and CDN.

Good luck with your site mate, sounds exciting!
