Hello,
this is the first time I’m going to install EasyDiscuss on my site, I have some difficulties to understand the role of "Setting Up Email Parser" option

Do I need to create a specific email box for EasyDiscuss? Is this an email box reserved for forum administrators? Is this email box used for the transition of all emails related to the forum?

Can you give me a concrete example of this option?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Yes, it would be best is setup one of the mailbox only handle for this forum post, so EasyDiscuss email parser will automatically grabs post from your inbox based on the defined settings at your backend. It allows the system to fetch emails from a specified mailbox and import the emails so that the mails are processed and then posted as a question or a reply to an existing discussion on the site.

In other word, your site forum administrator do not need to login from your mailbox, because those email already fetch into Easydiscuss, they can handle this properly on your site only.

thank you for the reply and sorry to reply so late, I had quite forgotten to answer this message.

Concerning email parser, I think I will have a clearer idea once I will install the forum on remote server because for the moment the site is installed locally and I can’t test sending email.
