I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Hm I still don't get it what is your current issue, because based on what I checked, both latest video what you created on the site, it did shown on the user dashboard stream listing page, you can check my attached screenshot below.

Am i missing anything here? Please advise.

Yes sorry, my description of the situation is misleading.

I think the problem is another...

This is what I see after I log in and log out as "Paul David Murray".

The most recent request was denied because it had an invalid security token. Please refresh the page and try again.

Once logged out I end up being logged in again when navigating to another page!!!

Every time I try to log out it looks as if I am logged out but at the latest on a new page I am logged in!

The result remains the same at my end.

I can not see my video (“Frame.io Update & Remote FCPX Collaboration!”) on the stream page.

Also in another browser please see the screenshot.

I still do not see the video posted as "Paul David Murray"

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Based on what i watch your video, there got 2 issues :

1. The reason why it doesn't show this 'Paul David Murray' user video stream item for public area is because you did turn on this setting 'Exclude Site Admin's Stream From Appearing' from backend, what this setting does is hide the Superadmin stream item on the site.

Since you would like to show Superadmin stream item, I already disabled this setting https://take.ms/A7qsN , it should appear on the site now.


2. I suspect that is cache issue from your browser, you can watch my video here : https://take.ms/s1Q3L
Everything seems fine when I try logout and login and then click other pages, it still appear I still logged in on the site.
Perhaps you can try clear the cache from your site backend and your browser and see how it goes.
