Select Reply As Answer ACL question

Hello,

We can’t seem to find the “Select Reply As Answer” button on the front end of posts.

For example, use group “ Customer” has its ACL set to allow users accept reply as answer, but, they can’t find that button on replies.

Please advise.

The reason that it cannot work previously is because this setting is not enabled as shown in the screenshot. https://monosnap.com/file/3Qc1OnMBGLkHPgfZeTkH0aty2rBHNu

Can you try again and see if the issue still persists?

Also, when I was trying to access your FTP, it gave me the following error:


Command:	PASS ************

Response:	530 Login authentication failed

Error:	Critical error: Could not connect to server


Also for your information, I had disabled the settings except “Select Reply As Answer” in the Post section of the ACL for Registered user group for testing purposes and forgot the original settings for it.

So for now, I only enabled back the “Select Reply As Answer” setting for the Registered user group after finished testing.
