I was trying to renew my license under the email wellis@buildachurchwebsite.com (our old email address)

I went to purchase the easy blog at $79 and it charged me for the socilal too!!!

1. I can't download the easy blog software from either user account. When I renewed it started a new account under will@buildachurchwebsite.com and the social component I never ordered is in there. PLease reimburse us our $99 for this bogus charge.

2. When I login to the renewed blog download it still says it is expired under the email address wellis@buildachurchwebsite.com - user wellis

So in other words you charged us $80 for something I wanted for $79 and now we cannot even download the dumb thing. PLease help us!!!!!

Firstly I do apologize for the inconveniences caused but it looks like for some reason EasySocial was also added to the cart. I am not too sure why to be honest but perhaps you may have added it into the cart previously?

By the way I have also replied you on your ticket regarding this and have also executed the refunds as well

Ok you refunded for the one but you do not have the other in our profile. We paid for the renewal of easyblog still and it is not accessible for us in our account here.. can you please give us access to the one we paid for?
