May i know whether you are using EasySocial latest version or not? If not, maybe you can try to update to its latest version and see how it goes.

But, if those problems still persist, It would be best if you provide us with your backend and FTP access for further check on this issues. Please advice.

It seems like you viewing different page, you can check my attached screenshot below.
I believe you display your Easyblog wall module on this menu item id = 101 , but when you access your login page, it show this menu item id = 179 , this is why it didn't populate the module on the page.

It shouldn't change anything on the page when you update Easysocial or Easyblog.
Perhaps you can let us know when you would like to update Easyblog or Easysocial to latest version, so we can help you update on this and see whether it will change anything on the page or not.

It is not advisable to implement those(custom fixes) on it core css as once you have made any update/upgrade, it will be overwritten and any changes wont be restored again. I would advice you to use css template override as this method will make sure that, next update/upgrade, those changes wont be override by a new one.
