The installation and configuration instructions say to import sample data. It seems that there are three types of sample data, but no explanation is given.
1. Do I need to install sample data?
2. What is the difference between the different types?

I intend to sell monthly subscriptions to access courses on a moodle platform (with joomdle). If I should install sample data, which of the three types would be most appropriate?

Hello Naomi,

The 3 types of sample data will setup the plans and app's as per the option selected. Basic, advance and expert will set the plans and app's accordingly.

You can setup the payplans plan and app's as per your need also without installing sample data.

Sample data will install necessary app's and plan configuration. you need to install basic data then add the app's as per your need.

In your case you want to sell subscription to access joomdle cources.
Payplans Joomdle integration is provided by joomdle team. You can get this app from joomdle team.
