It seems that those apps is not installed correctly. May i know from where you install it? It might be there are issues on our where it does not install correctly.

By the way, i have downloaded them here https://stackideas.com/apps/item/3340-page-reviews-app and install them for you. It should works as it should now.

Please give it a check and see how it goes.
