reply botton doesn't appear after login

Hi, I can't understand why before logging in, reply botton normally appears in the comments posted below the joomla articles of my website (http://www.waterwind.it), while after logging the botton disappears, and comments can only be added as new ones and not as replies to previous comments. Is there a configuration option I have to set?

I'm using the free version of Komento. So I do not have any order reference.
So, can't you give support to me, I suppose?
I only add that, till some months ago, I didn't have that problem.

Our support is only dedicated to customers with a valid subscription Anyway, in your case, it's most likely due to your acl setup in komento.
