Hello Support

I missed my Easy Social update.
Was it not the case in the past that there was an email notification saying:

a) Your subscription is running out in X days?
b) Renew it now and get a discount.

Maybe I am remembering this incorrectly. Frankly I am not sure!

However I am wondering if this possibly has something to do with this here:

i.e. I only updated my account after the “recent malicious event on our partner's site”

Maybe this is a more general issue!?!

Hi Paul,

Thank you for contacting us. Justin here, from Stack Ideas' marketing team. Basically, both the changing password incident and you not receiving any auto-notifier from us non-related. Have you checked you spam folder? Most of the time, our email end up there.

As for any discounts, I'd suggest for you to write to our team via CRM, they might be able to assist you with that.

Pretty sure that I did not get a notification.
Am pretty sure that I can get a discount even if it means worst case scenario waiting until the Easter Bunny arrives.

Thank you for your response. I'll check on our mailing system and see if there are any failed delivery in it's report. As for the discount, the team still waits for your email in our CRM.
