I originally had the 3.8 Community version that expired. I missed the part about renewing first, so unfortunately, I purchased the Professional version. I tried to update 3.8 using the one-click updater, but it hung up and then crashed my site. I restored my site via Control Panel and then purchased the renewal, but now I have two versions in my dashboard. And now I can't seem to regenerate an API key. Can you help me get the API key and will you adjust my purchases so that it is a renewal and then an upgrade, then credit me if the cost is less?
Hello Keith,

I have upgraded EasyBlog to the latest version of 5.0 for you on the site, can you give this a try again now? I have also fixed your EasySocial license as well.
