I haven't used easy social in a long time and just installed it again for a non-profit organization. They want to have people register but be able to verify each user can be allowed access by the admin users. Is this possible?

They also want to charge a fee to register and or an annual fee to use the site to support the non-profit, is this also possible in someway?

Yes, that is possible to configure those new user who register on your site, they have to wait for your site admin approve first then only can access your site.

Yes, this is possible to achieve this, you have to use Payplans extension which can integrated with EasySocial.
