Registered user cannot post in the group timeline

Dear Support,

After someone joins in the group, I want he/she can post in Timeline with administrator moderation. I tried several times by following your documentation but still can not. Even in their dashboard, they cannot post anything. Could you help me to investigate.

This is some testing that I did.
1. Via User -> Profile types -> ACL menu

2. via allowing to access stream area and reaction area in joomla permission (as attached)

In order to do this, you can go to your Group workflow and add the 'Stream Permission' field into it. http://take.ms/ubFtA

After that, edit the group and make sure that you have tick the 'Allow group members to post into this group' in 'Posting Permissions:'. https://monosnap.com/file/GKkNexkhox4mwul1sAH4N7KcsirrYC

For your information, if this 'Moderate Group Creation' setting in Profile Type A is enabled, the groups will be always been moderated after the users of Profile Type A created it.

Dear Irwin,

I follow your instruction, but still same. A normal member cannot post in the timeline. No option for post features (attached).

Any other idea?

When I was trying to access your FTP, it is empty in it EXCEPT .ftpquota and configuration.php file only. http://take.ms/ld9Bx
