Hi Gang,

We have a member who paid twice and refunded once. Now her subscription is locked on "Hold." How do I release this?

Hey Anthony,

Once subscription marked as hold , no further action will perform on that subscription. Means you can activate back to that refunded subscription. As i checked your site, the subscription for fixed plan, so you need to created new subscription for that user manually from backend.
