Hello,

I request the cancellation of my purchase and refund of the amount,
Unfortunately the component is not enough flexible for my needs, and I am not yet 100% satisfied with the composer features and behaviour for now.

Easyblog order: SI150818-5670-97260

You can check on the website http://infinitemandala.com/blog that I have already re-actived the Joomla default system

Thank you.
Hi Niccolo,

I'm Natasha from Stack Ideas' Marketing team. I've checked your reference number and it appears that the purchase was made on Aug 18, 2015 for EasyBlog renewal. However, we are unable to process the refund request as this breaches our refund policy. Refunds are only applicable on a new purchase and not renewals/upgrade. Kindly refer to our refund policy here http://stackideas.com/refunds

I understand,
but it seems to me that you should rethink a bit your refund policy, as from Easyblog 3.0 and 5.0 there is a huge difference (the new "composer" feature) and the main reason why I have decided not to use Easyblog is because I am not satisfied with the new feature.

I don't personally mind too much about my refund, but still I suggest you discuss this with your team because for the same reason other users could get upset and give you bad reviews imho.

It is true that you can test the composer via your demo ste, but it is also true (as in my case) that you could not get a very clear idea until you actually install it, and you have to face little bugs and issues as well as flexiblity limitations.

Thank you

Hi Niccolo,

Thank you for your kind opinion. We will discuss this matter with the team, but for now we have no choice but to abide by the current refund policy.

We humbly apologize for any inconvenience caused.
