Hi, i just ordered Easy Social but unfortunately i found that the functionality doesn't meet my requirements, i was trying to find the way to save the medical information of the users of my hospital creating a profile for each one of them but your posts and privacy settings couldn't support what i was looking for. I would like to know how to get my money back, I've already uninstalled it from my website.

Thank you for your inquiry. Would you be kind enough to elaborate more on the privacy settings that you are looking for? Perhaps there's some configuration that needs to be set in order to obtain a specific privacy setting. Our support heroes are more than happy to assist you with such setting/configurations.

However, should you still insist on getting a refund, you can do so by sending us a ticket; including in it your purchase's information.
