I set the setting for the referral code, but it is not subtracted on the invoice. The message says "Referral Code Applied to the Invoice Successful", but in reality it is not the truth.

We are able to replicate this issue locally also and added to our issue tracker.
For now, I've applied a fix at your site to resolve the issue.
changes in this file : /administrator/components/com_payplans/includes/referral/referral.php

Please take a look at this issue again and see how it goes.

Can you show me the referral rule configuration you created and exact steps you are trying where referral code applied but not reflected on invoice.

I watched the refferral.php file and I saw the difference.
I did the test with a fixed discount and percentage discount, it works.
The refferral code for the share is also corrected, fixed or percentage discount.
I installed Payplan on an empty domain, and the problem is the same.
I adjusted the referral.php file, and everything is ok.
I'm sorry I found a mistake in the system, but it is better like this, the other customers will have no problems.
