Hello SI Team

Reading the documentation here:

https://stackideas.com/docs/payplans/administrators/quick-solutions/redirect-non-subscribers

I am wondering if this would prevent none subscribed users from accessing an ES Group?

eg have all of my groups visible here:

https://www.finalbug.net/groups-learn-post-production-socially-fcpx-and-more

Once you click on a group /join group button for a group associated with a Pay Plans Subscription you get redirected to the subscribe page?

Just to be clear about this.

I have a total of 6 Groups.

1) Is for every one who joins the site.
2) Is a demo group and is open for any one.
3-6 are for intended as paid groups and should ideally be visible but only accessible after payment.

Please see screen shot.

hope this makes sense?

thanks

Paul
Hello Paul,

Using redirect to non-subscriber plugin you can set rdirection url where user will be redirect after login if don't have any subscription.

I am wondering if this would prevent none subscribed users from accessing an ES Group?
Ii can't be done with Redirect to non susbcriber user, as you want to restrict ES Group.
But there is an alternate solution for this. You can restrict it using Payplans Menu Access app.

You need to create menu link of those es group and restrict them using Menu Access app.In this way you can restrict them without subscription.
Refer below mentioned document for more details.
https://stackideas.com/docs/payplans/administrators/access-control/menu-access

Update me if you have any query or correct me if i misunderstood.

Hi Manisha,

Thanks for the second tip.
I will investigate further.
I am just a little concerned about for eg the "Join Group" button in Easy Social.
Which to the best of my knowledge opens a pop up dialogue.

Will do some further thinking/research

thanks

Paul

Hi Manisha,

What I'm looking for is a method that would redirect non users that may land on any page meant for subscribers to be redirected to either Login or Frontpage (or whatever page I choose).

[edited] Nevermind, I found it.

Thank you
