I have noticed that if a user is logged in and they happen to look at a plans details, an entry is immediately created in the dashboard indicating that the user has a new subscription with status as "not activated." This might be confusing to the user.

I recognize that once a member, they have no need to view details of the plans nor subscribe a second time, but I don't know of a way to prevent this from happening.

On my site you can test it by selecting "Become a Creatrix" - scroll down - chose one of the plans - click on Subscribe - go to Dashboard and a new entry has been added to the list.

login credentials are below...is there anything in the setup causing this? Can you stop it from happening or tell me how to stop it? May be in the ACL access can beset only to guest, so that once subscribed, they no longer see the "become a Creatrix page?"

Many thanks,
Andrew
Hello Andrew,

It's payplans subscription process, when user click on subscribe button then subscription will created for this user with no-status , as well as invoice also attached with this subscription. Once user pay the amount , subscription will get activate it.

If you don't want to show no-status subscription on dahsboard , you can configure it in backend payplans >> Configuration >> Customisations >> Dashbaord section, here you can set the subsciption status that you want to show to the user.

I recognize that once a member, they have no need to view details of the plans nor subscribe a second time, but I don't know of a way to prevent this from happening.
# What i understand that if user already subscribed to plan then he will not be able to subscribe the plan again. If yes then in backend Payplans Configuration >> Setting >> advance , here you need to set Display Existing Subscribed Plans to No.

If i misunderstood then please correct me.
