I am having problems updating my easy social component that I have purchased from you. I try to install and it says as follows "Sorry, but the system is unable to located any purchases from your account. If you have already purchased and still facing difficulties installing, please contact our tech support."
I have proof that I have renewed my subscription but it keeps telling me this even when I download the launcher and upload it on the back end. Please let me know why this is happening.

Can you try to regenerate a new API key from your http://stackideas.com/dashboard , then download the launcher installer zip then install from your backend extension manager and see how it goes?

Once you have regenerated the API key, you should copy that API key and paste in this installation step.

Please give it a try.

Hi I am facing a similar situation. I downloaded the new launcher but everytime I attempt to install it I receive a message saying "404 Component Not Found". How do I install the new launcher?

May i ask for your permission to update EasySocial on your site? Please be advise that all customization on EasySocial will get override with the latest files from EasySocial. It is best for you backup all customization first before allowing us to update EasySocial for you.
