Today I tried to update an EasyBlog installation. It is not on my registered site, but I was under the impression that my licence allowed me to install on multiple sites. Am I correct in my thinking?

I first tried using the easyblog_launcher_community_5.0.44_joomla.zip This ran until I was told this would only work on a registered site. The message also said I could use the full launcher instead.
So I downloaded and tried to install with easyblog_full_community_5.0.44.zip.
This gave me the same message about installing on a unregistered site.
However, on returning to the control panel I found I had a white screen with server errors. I also found the front-end had similar messages.
Fortunately I had taken a backup and ws able to restore the site. Not a happy person.

Can you advise what is going on and what support I might get? If necessary what do I need ot do to register both the sites I have that use Easyblog?
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Yes, you are correct, you can install Easyblog in multiple site but you have to use full installer.

Regarding you hitting that blank page issue, perhaps you can try turn on your error reporting from your backend > system > global configuration > server > error reporting - maximum , then open Easyblog page from backend and see what is the error you hitting.

You can refer on our documentation how to install via full installer from your backend installer page.
