Problems with polls

The tally on my group poll is incorrect. The top item "Light blue" shows 7 avatars but the tally is 8 votes. "Navy blue" appears correct and has 1 avatar and 1 vote. "Brown" has 5 votes but only 1 avatar. I'm sure there were not 5 votes placed on brown. One person's avatar "Dan Hamlin" is listed under light blue, navy blue, and brown although the setting on the poll was to allow only one vote.

Is it can update your FTP access at your first post so we can troubleshoot this issue?

I added FTP access under "site details". I have very limited ability so if something is not correct let me know and I'll have my web host create proper access for the stackideas support team.

Something is strange, it seems like the total of vote count is not stored correctly in database.

By the way, i already manage to make it show correctly now, for those `Khaki` and `Burgundy` vote option is actually did user voted it before but somehow they decided to unvote it, so now these 2 option should show 0 vote.

Can you check again is it show correctly now?

It appears correct except user "Dan Hamlin" has a vote under Navy Blue and Brown. His correct vote is navy blue. The poll was set to allow only one vote so he shouldn't have a result on both items.

I already corrected from database, it should show correctly now.

But just I tested to vote on your polls, it seems like system unable to allow me to vote multiple option, I wonder how this user 'Dan Hamlin' can vote multiple option.

Keep us update If you can replicate how to vote multiple option even this polls is set to not allowed to vote multiple option.
