Hello everyone,

I come to the support to address the problems I Encounters and suggestions I offer to you in a single subject.

First, I give you the translation error I currently encountered in the French version:

- (apps) : "Livre une conversation" -> The word "Book" should be replaced by "Read" (Lire).
- (admin) : "Utilise par d"efaut le thème sélecionné" -> "d"efaut" replaced with "défaut" and "sélecionné" replaced with "sélectionné".
- (module : EasySocial Menu) : "Se désinscrire" replaced with "Déconnexion" and "Afficher le lien de désinscription" replaced with "Afficher le lien de déconnexion".
Search filters are not translated in the interface EasySocial research and Joomla (see attached pictures).

Could you explain that it is the translation of the word "canvas" ?

To finish the translation, I noticed that on some channels translations there were "\" before apostrophes ('). (see attached picture).

For problems that can not be on the user profiles which groups or which are joined groups the user is not visible (applications configured properly yet) is created, do you have a solution ?

I would add a small suggestion, it is the Kunena application, would it be possible not to display the User Karma?
And also, would it be possible to bound as the signature, and the kind of user, staff or website text? if possible of course

Thanks for the heads up on this. These translations are actually not done by us as we don't actually speak French :P (I wish we could).

As for hiding the user karma in Kunena's app, there's currently no settings for this yet but you can edit the theme file /media/com_easysocial/apps/user/kunena/themes/default/profile/default.php and remove the block of codes below,

Okay thank you for Kunena, and the other problems mentioned you have an idea ?

I would add that when we do a search via the EasySocial Toolbar module on the homepage and we hit the enter key we are redirected to the same page without any results

I would add also that it is impossible without creating a menu or change the url to enter the list of points and trophies (badges), but not the historical inventory of all existing points and trophies.

Hello Benjamin,

I have check your site and have fixed the issue with your site. I have put some code in this file: /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/toolbar/default.php and change the below code at line 55 from:

<?php echo $this->html( 'form.itemid'); ?>

to:

<?php echo $this->html( 'form.itemid', FRoute::getItemId('search') ); ?>


Can you check for me is this issue is resolve on your site? Looking forward to hear from you again.

Can you explain more what do you mean by "groups the user profile" and "these subscriber" in your question, so that we can understand what you're trying to achieve here.

In user profiles there has indicated in the left column of the friends of the user, these albums, these pictures, these subscribers, and those that follow.

I checked the application and it seems that the parameter are all good, but the groups do not want to display in the filter applications in profiles. Except on stream.

We after extensive debugging, we have found the root which caused this issue. We are very sorry because this is a bug from our end. Here I have attached to you a file, please download it and override the existing file. Dir: \administrator\components\com_easysocial\models\apps.php . Please have it a try and see of this fixed your issue. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Hello Benjamin,

Do EasySocial give any error when you update the site? If not, may I have your permisson to reinstall EasySocial on your site and if you have made modification or customization on the site, please make a backup first before I reinstall EasySocial. I believe the site credentials are the same as above isn't?

I also noticed that when I create a copy of a profile type fields or mentioned text in the "Zone" parameter are empty while sentences were shown on another type of profile.

This is not urgent but small details that I hope does not look too exaggerated by my

I have fix this issue on your site. It is a bug from our end and we are really sorry about this.

Regarding this

I have try to replicate his issue with my local and found that it is working correctly. Here what I found:
1. I have edit the text inside the custom fields and saved it as copy. Screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/zzbU8re3DFsJ .
2. It will create the another copy of the profile as shown in this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/4tj7UMFA3l . Profile type at the top is the original and the below profile type is the copy of the original. You can differentiate this using the profile type id. Do I replicate your this issue correctly or am I missing something?

thank you for your correction for string language.

For the types of profiles, I do not paralais field names, but the value in this field when it is empty.

On the copy of a profile type, the value recorded on the fields are no longer present. (see attached images)

I have try to replicate this issue on your site and it seems like it is working correctly. Here my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/cfCegOCrHZF . The profile group id 12 is the new duplicate of the group id 10 and the placeholder(zone) is not missing at all. Here my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/IhR9W3ulI5a .
I am very sorry but it seems like I can't replicate this issue on your site.

Look attachments or images directly on the site that compares a field type profile (id 2) and that you copied (id 12)

Against by this correction is not taken into account in the new version of 1.2.18 then what is mentioned in the changelog.
