Problem Upgrading

Hi,

I know it is weekend but it is the only time that my site is more calm. I am trying to upgrade but it says: Please download the new launcher from our site at http://stackideas.com/dashboard

When I tried with the package

/home/MYSITE/public_html/mmp_upgrade/administrator/components/com_easysocial/setup/packages/
error : Sorry, there are no packages found. Please upload the component file to the path above.

I uploaded it...

Please help

Hello Lili,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Hm, not really sure what went wrong here but may I know what did you do to fix this and why was this an issue eh? We never had such issues on our end and was just wondering what did you do to fix this.

I found the first problem because I was choosing the big folder.


But the errors remains and I don't know what to do...
