Hey there,
Is there a way to post documents/ blogs/ photos in events that are public but the data is only gets to who ever maked as attended to the event?
Thanks
Hi Itamar,

Do you mean that you want the posts in public events to be viewable to attendees only? If that's the case, its not possible.

The privacy of posts in an event actually follows the event type(eg public event: public, private event: attendees).

Is that the case also for blogs? Is there a way to have blog accessible only to attendees?
can you change the event type after it happen (past event) to private, and then only people that attended can view post in it?

Do you mean that you only want to allow attendees to view any EasyBlog page on the site? If yes, this is not possible.

EasyBlog pages on the site cannot be restricted based on EasySocial attendees, it can be restricted based on user groups.

Yes you can edit the event to change the event type(http://take.ms/PQ0Et).

Hey Itamar,

Contents in a private event is only viewable by attendees. If the user is not an attendee, this is how it looks like when trying to view the event(http://take.ms/EhWtw).

Regarding EasyBlog, it is still possible to only allow attendees to view a blog post(non-attendees will not see the blog post in blog listing), but the following conditions are required:

1. Blog post is created from the event itself using the event blog app

2. Event is set to private so that only attendees can view

Great, thank you.
If it is a past event, can people still mark themself as attendees? or since the event already happen there will not be able to mark themselves as attended.
Is there any way that the admin of the event can "approve" people attending?

Users will not be able to RSVP to a past event.

This can be done if the event is a private event and not a past event. When users request to attend, the event admin would have to approve those requests before they are considered 'attending'.

Can admin of an event, edit the list of attendees for past events. For example, if people marked that they attending, but didn't show up to the event in real life and admin want to change their status in the event.

Hey Itamar,

In the frontend, you cannot change the status of the attendees, but you can remove them if you do not want them to have attending status(http://take.ms/UopJ3). Same goes for the backend.

In addition, you can also invite new users/remove users(http://take.ms/6Gc8b) from the backend but they will not be able to respond to the invitation if the event has ended.
