Hi
I have a multilingual site (english and danish), and I want to blog in both languages (not necessarily with the same content).
I have followed the instructions in this thread: https://stackideas.com/forums/easyblog-in-two-different-languages-with-different-content-on-the-same-site.
And in Easyblog -> Languages I have installed the danish language pack. I haven't installed any english. I can only find
English (United States) en-US and I'm using English (United Kingdom) en-GB

My problems are:
- Where/ how do I make a unique Blog title and description? It's the same (danish) for both languages now...
- I have made my posts in the wanted category, but every post is shown on both the english and the danish site
Hey Grith,

I tried to access the administration area, but it seems to be throwing me this error, http://take.ms/Ag7et . Can you please white list my ip address so that I can review your current settings? My current IP address is 210.186.117.179

Hey Grith,

The reason that you weren't able to pick a language is because this feature is disabled by default and you can easily turn this option on, http://take.ms/nXOJ1M . I have enabled this for you and when composing a blog post, you get to pick the language for the post, http://take.ms/XU2he

By the way, to create a multi lingual blog title and description, you can set the title and description shown here, http://take.ms/LEJpV . Once that is set, all you need to do now is to add the following into your language files respectively,

YOUR_CUSTOM_TITLE="Some title in english"
YOUR_CUSTOM_DESC="Some description in english"

Thanks it was pretty straight forward and works now :-)
...but couldn't it be an idea to make a tutorial for this in the documentation?

Hey Grith,

Thanks for confirming that it works Yep, we actually did include it in our documentation here, https://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/administrators/translations/multi-lingual-blog-heading
