Some of my users who write blogs for our site have been reporting that when they save a draft of their article, or even try to publish an article, it reverts them back to a registered user. Currently my Authors have the group of Author, Manager, and Registered User. When they post an article or save as a draft, they loose all access to post an article. I have to go into the site under the Joomla users and change their access back to the 3 listed above. Can you guys go in and check it out and let me know what is going on? I have had it happen to me but I thought I fixed it, but it looks like it is not fixed yet. I think it is with EasyBlog, but I am unsure. Any help is appreciated, and thank you in advance for looking into this. It might be hard to duplicate but I know it is happening because I get reports all the time from different users who experience this.
Hi there,

It seems that it is caused by 'Profile Unlocker' apps, as it will automatically change your profiles types to it current points set on the apps itseld.

By the way, it seems that there are issues where those profiles types that have no access http://take.ms/1rs0G to the apps also affected. Maybe you can try to apply attached file at this path .../media/com_easysocial/apps/user/profile_unlocker/profile_unlocker.php and see how it goes.

That was it thank you. I have disabled it until I can find a way for my bloggers not to be affected by it.
