Post Cover - Can't assign or drag

Hi Guys,
Today I'm working on installation https://www.medservicerepair.com/
(But I've been told we have same issue on lukeroofing.com which is set in your licensing area (I can't seem to find where to add medservicerepair.com))
I created a new post called "Advantage Plus PM". It's now in drafts.
But when I go to drag an jpg image to "Post Cover" nothing happens.
When I open Chrome's dev console it does display an issue. It says:

I also tried doing manual upload in media.
It uploads the file but then it can not be viewed or selected under "This Post" > "My Media" .
It just spins.

Before we proceed with your issue, let's address the licensed domains first. The developer license only allows 5 licensed domains. So if you want us to investigate the issue on https://www.medservicerepair.com/, here's what you need to do.
1. Let us know which domains you would like us to remove from your licensed domain list(I noticed some of them no longer work).
2. Once there are only 4 or less licensed domains left, you can then add https://www.medservicerepair.com/ into the list from your dashboard.

We're a long standing client of yours. I'm very disappointed you didn't give us an answer to the issue and instead decided to make me jump through hoops to fix licensing issues that your own policies have created over the years. Especially when you already verified yourself that most of the site we installed it on (years ago) are not there any longer.

I assume because you've shared IP that it's firewall?

When trying to add the image, I'm seeing this error(attached). It appears that this fileinfo extension is currently disabled on your server. You would need to get the server provider to enable it, then try the image upload again.
