After updating to PayPlans 5.01 as suggested by the component I have already ran into several major issues. All published add-ons display regardless of the plans they were assigned to. Price variations no longer work, statistics on the backend do not display correct numbers. We also just noticed that emails sent to the client show only html content and not the polished email layouts that were displayed prior to the update. This is by no means an exhaustive list, but some of these issues are major given that they occurred after being applied to the live version of our site. Our test site had no issues with the update.
Hey Cindy,

Regarding the Plan addon issue, I am able to replicate this issue internally and will provide this fix asap.
For now, I've already applied the fix at your site here : /administrator/components/com_payplans/models/addons.php

Regarding Plan variation, I've tried it at your site and it's working fine.
Can you explain to me the steps where you are having the steps, so I'll replicate the same?

Regarding statistics, I've checked and the status shows fine. Also, I've helped you to rebuild stats from the statics page also. Can you check again and if still, an issue let me know which date stats not showing correctly for you, so I'll check it.

The email notification issue I am checking. meanwhile, can you update me above points so I'll check them also.

The issue with plan price variation can be seen with our newsletter. The page https://www.rainbowweddingnetwork.com/e-newsletters used to show a drop down allowing the user to select the standard 1 month option, a 3 month option and a 6 month option. The drop down is now gone and I can find nowhere that the options are displayed to the user. The price variation is applied on the backend. They simply receive an un-styled sign-up button. I also noticed an additional issue this morning on the backend. When making a plan invisible to the user on the front end the plan also becomes invisible to the admin user. Attempting to filter/view only invisible plans on the backend has no effect.

Hey there,

Hey there,

The issue with plan price variation can be seen with our newsletter. The page https://www.rainbowweddingnetwork.com/e-newsletters used to show a drop down allowing the user to select the standard 1 month option, a 3 month option and a 6 month option. The drop down is now gone and I can find nowhere that the options are displayed to the user. The price variation is applied on the backend. They simply receive an un-styled sign-up button. I also noticed an additional issue this morning on the backend.

It seems that there is a bug on the PayPlans Plans module and I had addressed it at JoomlaFolder/modules/mod_payplans_plan/tmpl/default.php and JoomlaFolder/modules/mod_payplans_plan/helper.php.

Can you try again and see how it goes?

When making a plan invisible to the user on the front end the plan also becomes invisible to the admin user. Attempting to filter/view only invisible plans on the backend has no effect.

I am able to replicate this on my local site.

I will log this into our issue tracker.

Thanks again for your assistance! In regard to the price variation the drop down once again shows, but regardless of the option selected the price and description doesn't change on the page that follows clicking sign-up.

I see version 5.03 of PayPlans is out now. Should I wait to upgrade or have the fixes for the issues I mentioned been added to this release?

Hey Cindy,

Yes, the above issues are already included in this release PayPlans 5.0.3.
So you can upgrade PayPlans to this version.
