We use PayPlans integrated with EasySocial for registration. If a plan is free during registration it still goes to confirm invoice and payment just price is 0. Can these steps be sipped somehow?

Yes, it's possible to skip invoice confirm page for free plans using Payplans Skip Free Invoice Plugin.
