Hello,

My current registration workflow issue...

1.) From the community home page, the visitor clicks on the main "Register Today" button to create their profile
2.) They are redirected to the "Plan" page where they first choose which plan to create their user under
3.) On the Plan page, it instructs visitor to first "Register for a new account today"
4.) This kicks them back to ES registration but the default profile is already selected, instead of allowing them to choose which profile to register under. (I want them to be able to choose the desired profile type at this stage).

This is only an issue when sending visitors through the PayPlan option first. If I send visitors to the ES registration step first, they are allowed to select a profile type accordingly.

Can you please look at this and tell me what I need to do to allow the selection of profile type after coming from the selected plan page?

Thank you.
Hey Zhen,

I am really sorry for the delayed response.

Right now in PayPlans ES Registration is enabled then when the user tries to register the site, the user will be forced to subscribe plan first.
Then from invoice checkout can click on the register link and redirect to ES registration page.
From that page if user want to change the profiletype then again redirect to plan page as Registration page show as per ES profiletype app configured for plans.

So in your case, do you want the user will not force to subscribe first. Meaning to say register first at the site after registration can subscribe plan?

Update me or correct me if I misunderstood.
