When I try to update the details for a user (for example ticking the box to allow access to a group) through the admin area the following message appears:

"The passwords you entered do not match. Please enter your desired password in the password field and confirm your entry by entering it in the confirm password field."

I am a Superuser when trying to amend details, so I do not expect this message, I should be able to amend any user.

I use PayPlans integrated with EasySocial, is that the reason and if so, is there a setting I can change to allow access to change users in admin without needing their password?
There is a possibility that your browser is trying to auto fill the password field when you are editing the user. Please ensure that the password field is empty when you are trying to save
