Hello,
Thanks for receivenig this email.

We are really concerned because we came up with the situation that our memberships have not been charged or paid since a couple of monthds ago or even more.
So we are loosing almost 2500 usd a month because of this eror in your APIS (payflow and paypal mehods).

We are simple not beaing able to concrete normal subscriptions, or they dont get the invoice paid, or they go to a mature statements or they just dont charge any more, even if the membershipos were working OK till nov17, dec 17 jan, 18 feb18, we started detecting this bug or failure.

Causing our membershipos NOT TO CHARGE and loose money every day and month.


Can you plse hekp us with a fuul support on pur:

- PayFlow (Instance)
- Paypal methods (Instance)

Wew are getting code errores on:

status: instead of ACTIVE they are going to MATURE (on paypal manager credir card)
they are not subscribing as yearley (thjey put twice a year or else)
and also 125 profiles or more (aprox) the have gone to mature and we have not been able to collect money from those susbscription.

all of this causing us a real income damage, to the point thjat if we do not have any support or answer from ypu we will need to migrate from your software as we are loosing money every day.

Plse let us know haow can we make a conferenmce call Telephone or by this tkt. but it is an urgent matter that you fix this BUGS from your payflow and paypal methods Instances.

We have another problem,
when trying to refresh or update statistrics. it crashes. just crash and even it gets down the site for a couple of minutes.

plse advice us or refresh our statistics plse.

another feed back is that when we use oaypal methods (instance) the error is that the link is out dated... i am attaching the screen shot on the eerror when trying to su¡bscribe with paypal methods...

Hello Elena,

Payflow App : Payflow app is not configured properly at your end. user field is missing.
Please configure it properly , take help from setup Instruction also.
see attached screenshot.

PayPal app : Generally this issue will come if you are not using correct email address of your paypal merchant account. Make sure the email address you are using is for business account , it should not be your personal account email address.

Plan Configuration : In case of anaul plan you need to set expiration time to 1 year , not to 11 months and 30 days.
see attached screen shot.

Rebuild states : Have you deleted any entry in database manually , after specific days it's failed.
I need to confirm this if you have deleted anything.

Thank you very much for yopur prompt response.
1- We will look for the user and put in the user field, will let you know about that.
2- Paypal app is the correct email adress and the account is a paypal pro account, so it should work, as it was a couple of months ago. but will revie if we have another amila account for the paypal pro, i will let you know.
3- rebuild Stas. No we have not erased manually anything from the DB, yes after that day it just stop refreshing. But NO we have not remove any thing.

I will update you ina while this this changes.. and feed back.

Hello Manisha,
We have made all the adjustents you mentioned to us, here are the details as per the screnshots:

1- Anual plan is set to 1 year and all of the plans ar 0 recurrency, so they have no end date.
2- Payflow: we just added the user so as for that it should be OK.
3- Paypal Methods: i just made a test and now it worked fine, strange but true.

All point s are done and seem to be working fine. We will be testing for a couple of days but till now all seems to be wporking fine

we are just missing this updated reports and statistics to be displayed, let me know if i can assist with something on that matter,

Regarding statistics, Can you please share your server access and error log of last 2 days.
