One click update from 4.2.13 to 5.0.6 not possible

Hello,

As my 2022 membership campaign ends, I want to update PayPlans.
But when I try to update from the Joomla! backoffice (Extensions/Manage/Update), I get the following error:
Failed to extract file: payplans_to_5.0.6_from_4.2.13_key_8b9e7ab295e87570551db122a04c6f7c_domain_http://www.sfgm-tc.com

When I try from the PayPlans backoffice, I get the following message:
Error updating component when using the API from Joomla. Please try again.

Can you help me?
Hey Simon,

This is a major upgrade from v4 to v5. You will need to download the main package from your dashboard and upload it via the installer just like how you initially installed PayPlans.

Do you want us to perform the upgrade for you? If you need us to perform the upgrade for you, can you please provide us with the FTP access as well?

Thank you for providing us with access.
I've already helped you to update PayPlans 5.0.6 on your site.
You have done some template overriding at your site, which is moved to the "com_payplans.outdated" folder as in PayPlans 5x version we have done major CSS cleanup, so you need to check and update the template overriding accordingly.
