Good morning,

The notifications which appear on the screen (next to the little bell) do not seem to be working on my forum. The Respondent who starts the discussion receives both the email & on screen notification, however none of the other administrators / Super Users are getting the on screen notification (they do receive the email notification, but not the one which appears when they login next to the bell?)

I want to make sure firstly that I have the settings correct. Within settings / notifications - I have 'Notify admins on new posts' and also ' Notify admins on new replies' - should this notify them both via email and onscreen? Is there a way that all super users / moderators receive both the email notification and the onscreen notification.
Hey there,

It looks like your subscription for EasyDiscuss has expired and in order for you to continue requesting for support, you will need an active subscription. If you have already renewed, please let us know so that we can correct this for your account.

Thank you for understanding.

Thank you for coming back to me. At present I am looking at renewing - but in advance of this I just want to check whether what is currently happening is correct.

In terms of the notifications - is the 'on-screen' notification alert (which appears next to the little bell) only displayed to the person who has started the discussion, or should all moderators / super-users be informed of any new posts when they login? At present, it appears that an email is sent to all moderators / super-users when a new post is added, however the 'on-screen' notification doesn't appear? Is this correct?

Many thanks in advance for your help.

Hello Carly,

Yes, this is the correct behavior By the way, rather than renewing your existing set of licenses may I suggest that you consider the Pro bundle from http://stackideas.com/pricing , as it is much more affordable rather than renewing each products separately.

Thanks for understanding Carly If you only have 1 site, the Pro bundle is definitely much more worth it versus renewing each of them separately
