Thanks a lot. Please have you any idea what css code I could use to make only the newsfeed to scroll who the menu bars on the left and right pane remain stationary once it gets to the last object.

I have attached a screen shot - I am trying to make the newsfeed highlighted in red scrolldown while purple pane stops at the last menu object in its column.
