I bought the EasySocial license, downloaded the version and installed it on my website with joomla 4.0.
The installation in joomla was perfect, but after the installation there is an installation of Easy and so far (after 4 hours) the dowload files still remains and neither the download nor the installation proceeds.

I need quick help or I'm going to cancel the purchase, because I believed that your component will be easy to install, which is not happening.

I look forward to a quick response.
